The Motorola MXM600 Dual Remote model is engineered for complex vehicle installations requiring radio access from multiple locations. Connecting two independent control heads to a single transceiver allows crew members in front and rear compartments (e.g. fire engines, ambulances, or marine vessels) to operate the same radio. Ethernet-based RJ50 cabling allows control heads to be positioned up to 80 meters apart.
The Dual Remote model also supports controlling two transceivers from a single control head. This allows operators to monitor or transmit across two distinct modes simultaneously (e.g., TMO and DMO) or communicate across joint-agency networks. Integrated AI-trained noise suppression eliminates sirens, water pumps, and engine noise to ensure speech clarity across all connected stations.


Beyond dual RJ50 ports, the Dual Remote transceiver includes dedicated RS232 and Ethernet/SIM ports for seamless integration into vehicle LAN networks, virtual control head operation, and mobile data computers (PEI). On-board Wi-Fi supports over-the-air programming (OTAP), while Bluetooth 5.3 permits remote control via the M-Radio Control smartphone app.
