This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of users of the website available at aksel.com.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", as well as the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies. We care about the privacy of the Website's users and the security of the processed personal data. In connection with the use of the Website, the Controller may process in particular:

data provided voluntarily in e-mail correspondence, in particular: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, and the content of the message,
other data provided voluntarily to the Controller by the user in connection with an inquiry, offer, complaint, service, or other matter.
The scope of the processed data depends on the way the Website is used.

a) ensuring the proper operation of the Website, its security, and administration of the Website The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in ensuring the proper and secure functioning of the Website, error diagnostics, and protection against abuse and cyberattacks.
b) handling correspondence and answering questions If the user contacts the Controller via e-mail or telephone, the provided data is processed in order to handle the inquiry and conduct correspondence. The legal basis for processing is:
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in conducting communication and providing answers,
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – if the contact aims at concluding a contract or concerns the performance of a contract.
c) establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller.
d) fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions In certain cases, data may be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR if the obligation to process it arises from legal provisions.
e) using optional cookies and similar technologies If a given technology requires the user's consent, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – the user's consent.
While using the Website, the server may automatically record information regarding the user's connection to the Website. This may include, in particular:

Providing personal data via e-mail or during contact with the Controller is generally voluntary. However, failure to provide data necessary to handle an inquiry may prevent the Controller from providing an answer or taking the actions expected by the user.
