20 years of trust and engineering precision on the tracks

For two decades, Aksel has been providing advanced technological systems to the railway market. We cooperate with leading rolling stock manufacturers in Poland and Europe, as well as the largest domestic operators, building our position as a trusted partner in railway safety and digitalization.

We are the official and exclusive distributor of the German company DEUTA-WERKE in Poland. This long-term cooperation has resulted in numerous projects, under which we have supplied and integrated industry-recognized REDBOX journey data recorders and MFT driver terminals on rail vehicles.

We approach every implementation comprehensively. As an experienced engineering company, we ensure full lifecycle support for every project:

  • precise selection of components and design agreements,

  • configuration and dedicated device software development,

  • professional installation on the rolling stock,

  • delivery of complete technical documentation and required railway certifications,

  • certified inspection of recorders, post-sales support, and specialized personnel training.

 

Thanks to our own research and development (R&D) facility and a dedicated team of software developers, we deliver proprietary software that can be flexibly adapted to individual customer expectations. We develop all our applications in close cooperation with users, a prime example of which is the Infoportal of Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna – an advanced solution supporting passengers in travel planning.

Rolling stock equipment and data recording

We supply high-quality REDBOX recorders and MFT multi-functional terminals from DEUTA-WERKE. Our comprehensive services include professional installation, hardware integration, and regular maintenance. To make data analysis effortless, we also provide our intuitive RBFan application.

Driver support system

We implement the ARJ application, which integrates timetables, speed restriction warnings (WOS), and digital train orders. It runs seamlessly on terminals, computers, and Android tablets, and fully integrates with ticket vending machines and passenger information systems (PIS).

Monitoring of operational parameters

We manufacture certified railway controllers, including the ASP2000, ASP3000, and MON-WAG. They are designed for vehicle tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, and data aggregation from CAN and Ethernet buses.

Location and data analysis

We provide the ConSEL dispatch system for real-time rolling stock tracking. It enables historical data analysis as well as comprehensive reporting on mileage and fuel consumption.
