Product features:
DMR – digital standard with analogue mode support and 5-Tone signalling
Intelligent Audio function automatically adjusting volume to ambient noise
Full system capability for IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, and Linked Capacity Plus • Product description
The MOTOTRBO DM2600 brings the power of digital communications within reach of busy mobile professionals. Combining classic two-way radio functionality with digital DMR technology, it delivers twice the calling capacity and enhanced voice clarity. This ensures dispatchers and field crews maintain clear, dependable communication at an affordable cost.
Equipped with Intelligent Audio, the DM2600 automatically adjusts its speaker volume in response to road and background noise, preventing missed calls. Voice Announcement confirms channel and zone changes audibly so drivers stay focused on the road. A simple software upgrade unlocks key capabilities including Digital Telephone Interconnect, Over The Air Programming (OTAP), and Enhanced Privacy.

Designed for smooth integration, the DM2600 operates in both analogue and digital modes to support phased fleet upgrades. Full systems capability enables easy capacity expansion through IP Site Connect, single-site Capacity Plus, or multi-site Linked Capacity Plus trunking. Tested against Motorola's Accelerated Life Test program, the IP54-rated housing delivers long-lasting durability in demanding field conditions.
The MOTOTRBO DM2600 is designed for public transit authorities, logistics fleets, delivery services, and utility maintenance organizations needing robust system connectivity.
Fleet dispatch & public transit: seamless integration into wide-area IP Site Connect and Capacity Plus trunked networks.
Freight transport & logistics: clear communication with automatic volume adjustment inside noisy vehicle cabs.
Field service & utilities: dependable voice and text messaging functionality for mobile crews.
